Hi all, we live in strange days, "too much information", but not always timely and constructively addressed. Information "heartless", you might say. The people of Chile have been one of the strongest and most destructive earthquakes in recent years and the images come on screen as a kaleidoscope of grief, confusion and drama. Facing
version of news and reporters, politicians and experts in the field, is the reality of many people who are suffering from many different ways: the loss of a loved one, be injured or trapped in a landslide, the need for basic food or water, the pain of having lost their homes and belongings, etc.
And there is a third reality: we can help create together . The leading relief and serenity to many people affected. Not change the destruction or losses that are being searched thoroughly in statistics but you can change the internal state of those people . With EFT we can bring our intentions distance (distance?) . Of course, if you are in Chile you can work directly on you and your own situation.
Some ideas:
As a first step I can do a round what I feel I off the news that I have received (and still coming):
- "Despite the anxiety / fear / insecurity / impotence, etc ... this happens to me, I love and accept myself deeply and completely "
This will help me gain serenity and spend the next rounds with better focus and clarity.
I can write sentences like I was one of those people. If I have someone I know, I can use his image as a focus, but I can use to any person appearing on the news and express the emotion I'm going to work. For
eg
- "Despite the anguish I feel against this situation, I deeply love and accept myself and complemtamente."
- "Despite the fear of what happened and what might happen, and I accept myself deeply and completely love."
- "Despite the anger I have for the lack of immediate solutions to my situation, and accept myself deeply and completely love."
These examples can be adapted to the situation that we seem more necessary, or feel that affects us more. Offering these rounds also bring a healing effect on our lives, so we are really "sharing benefits "in the words of Gary Craig .
Once we spent a few rounds on these issues, we can add other choices to express our intentions constructive or situations that affected people need to solve .
Examples this:
- "Despite the fear I feel about what happened, I choose to feel calm to make the best of me."
- "Despite being worried about what I lost, I choose to feel confidence that material possessions can be replaced and everything will work out the best. "
-" Despite the pain of the loss of the loved one, choose find a part of me that can calmly decide what is best for those who are still with me, and myself "
Finally we can just make a few rounds of tapping invoking light, serenity and temperance in adversity .
