La fuerza del caudal era descomunal, mientras que este hombre intentaba desviar el curso water to prevent the ground has melted down a few meters far from his humble home. Despite the efforts, the site where he cultivated eggplant and pumpkin was completely destroyed. Today is latent
another threat: to continue eating away at the dirt road leading to El Coco and several foreign communities in this jurisdiction.
"We are running the world," Rodriguez said full of courage to his wife, but feared deep down, they clung to God and his Virgin of the Valley. INSPECTIONS
After three days of submission of the new trough that raged for the second time in the municipality, until Friday was when he got a hope of Luis Rodriguez and the 150 families who lost their swidden farmers in the areas of El Coco, El Toco and The Girl. In the latter community two bridges collapsed.
About six acres of planting showed a total loss. Tilled crops for months, could only be picked up by the fury of the waters, which they took with them everything in their path.
"We will try to solve this problem as soon as possible," the mayor said yesterday on the jurisdiction, Olga Pérez de Salazar, who claimed that he could not inspect the area because of the excessive moisture of the soil. Yesterday he took his cap and sneakers walked through the mud.
Luis showed and explained in detail to the mayor and the group of engineers who accompanied him, how he was affected. A cheerful and friendly spirit characterized him despite his hardships. The passage of the mayor for his home was not anything, even a chicken stew Margarita gave the municipal commission, as she took detailed notes as required.
